The biggest Friday injury decisions for NFL Week 5 are below, grouped by status. Prices are DraftKings Sunday Main Slate salaries for October 11. London and Sunday night are separate contests.

OUT: the changes already confirmed

Kyle Monangai, Bears: out at Green Bay. D’Andre Swift ($6,200) has no game designation, while Roschon Johnson ($4,200) moves into the backup role. Swift is the first DFS beneficiary, not Johnson by default. The Bears’ report also says Tyson Bagent ($4,700) remains the announced starter despite Caleb Williams being questionable.

Breece Hall and Adonai Mitchell, Jets: both out. Braelon Allen ($5,400) is the back to examine first; Isaiah Davis ($4,200) is another depth option, not a guaranteed workload replacement. Garrett Wilson ($6,600) has less receiving competition. See our Jets injury breakdown and the official report.

Stefon Diggs, Michael Pittman Jr. and Quentin Johnston: out for Washington, Pittsburgh and the Chargers, respectively. The receivers to evaluate include Antonio Williams ($3,800), Roman Wilson ($3,700) and Tre’ Harris ($4,100). Their teams’ other available receivers still determine how much opportunity opens.

Jalen Nailor and Mack Hollins: out for Las Vegas and New England. Tre Tucker ($4,800) and Efton Chism III ($3,200) deserve a closer look. New England is also missing four cornerbacks, including Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis III, per the Patriots’ analysis.

DOUBTFUL: important, but not officially out

Green Bay guards Aaron Banks and Jacob Monk are doubtful, according to the Packers’ report. That is a protection and run-blocking concern. Chargers backup quarterback Trey Lance is doubtful. Jacksonville safety Eric Murray is doubtful for London, outside the Main Slate.

QUESTIONABLE: the biggest DFS decisions

Ashton Jeanty ($7,200): ankle/foot injuries, with practice participation declining from full Wednesday to limited Thursday and no practice Friday. Mike Washington Jr. ($4,200) is next on the Raiders’ depth chart, followed by Dylan Laube ($4,000). If Jeanty misses, Washington is the primary value candidate; if Jeanty plays normally, neither backup gets an automatic upgrade. If Jeanty is active but limited, the workload split still needs clarification. The official game report retains his questionable tag.

Ja’Marr Chase ($8,100) and Tee Higgins ($7,100): both questionable despite full Friday practices. Dohnte Meyers ($3,500), Mitch Tinsley ($3,300) and Mike Gesicki ($4,100) gain relevance if either misses; the receiver replacements lose appeal if both stars play. Colbie Young ($3,600) is also questionable on the Bengals’ report.

Justin Jefferson ($7,300) and Jordan Addison ($5,800): questionable at New Orleans. Jauan Jennings ($4,100) and T.J. Hockenson ($4,800) could gain opportunity if either sits. Both stars returning would reduce that injury-driven appeal. Christian Darrisaw is out and Brian O’Neill questionable, adding protection risk to the Vikings’ situation.

Rhamondre Stevenson ($5,500), Alvin Kamara ($5,400), Terry McLaurin ($5,300) and Ladd McConkey ($5,600): all questionable. TreVeyon Henderson ($5,000) and Kendre Miller ($4,900) are the running backs to reassess if Stevenson or Kamara misses. McLaurin and McConkey playing would reduce the case for Washington’s and Los Angeles’ reserve receivers. Rico Dowdle, Keenan Allen, Jaylen Wright and George Holani are other relevant questionable players in the NFL’s status roundup.

Cleared players, separate slates and next decisions

Jayden Daniels ($6,000) is cleared to start. Swift is available, and Minnesota’s official game report lists Chris Olave and Noah Fant without game designations. Do not carry outdated salary-file injury flags into lineup decisions.

Outside the Main Slate, Saquon Barkley, DeVonta Smith and Hollywood Brown are out in London. Lamar Jackson is out, with Tyler Huntley starting Sunday night; Zay Flowers remains questionable.

Next come any Saturday status changes and roster elevations, followed by game-day inactives. Match those decisions to the CTS research tools before committing to replacement-player value.
