Taylor Hall Week-to-Week: Bradly Nadeau Enters Hurricanes DFS Picture

Taylor Hall is week-to-week with an upper-body injury, leaving Carolina with a forward vacancy as it begins a five-game road trip. Coach Rod Brind’Amour gave the update Friday after Hall was injured against Washington on Tuesday, Sportsnet reported.

In Carolina’s Friday practice report, Nadeau skated with Stankoven and Blake; Nadeau and Unger Sorum practiced on PP2.

DFS impact: Nadeau is the first role to watch

Bradly Nadeau’s practice assignment gives DFS players a specific combination to track: Nadeau, Logan Stankoven and Jackson Blake. If that line survives into games, Nadeau can offer a way to pair a less-established forward with his linemates. The appeal depends on his contest salary and actual minutes.

Power-play work would add another route to points for Nadeau and Felix Unger Sorum. For tournament builds, check whether a proposed stack shares even-strength minutes, power-play minutes or both. A second-unit assignment can help, but it does not guarantee enough ice time to support a full stack.
