Ladd McConkey Active vs. Broncos: Updated Tre’ Harris DFS Outlook | NFL Week 5
Ladd McConkey is officially active against Denver. Reassess Tre’ Harris and Oronde Gadsden II lineups, with Quentin Johnston out and Denver missing Pat Surtain II and Riley Moss.

Official update, October 11 at 2:43 p.m. ET (18:43 UTC): Ladd McConkey is active against Denver. The Chargers’ final inactive report confirms he will play after entering Sunday questionable with a foot injury. Charlie Kolar is also active. Quentin Johnston and Brenen Thompson are inactive.
Earlier, RotoWire, citing ESPN’s Adam Schefter, reported that McConkey was not expected to play. The official game-day decision supersedes that report and changes the DFS outlook below.
McConkey’s availability means less concentrated receiving work for Tre’ Harris than the earlier absence scenario suggested. Harris remains a DFS consideration with Johnston out and Denver cornerbacks Pat Surtain II and Riley Moss inactive, but do not assume he leads the Chargers in targets. Oronde Gadsden II is also active. With Kolar available, do not assume a Kolar-out snap boost; his active status alone does not establish Gadsden’s receiving workload. Being active does not guarantee McConkey a full workload.
There is still risk in this passing game. Los Angeles is missing tackles Rashawn Slater and Joe Alt, which can limit Herbert’s time to find receivers. Extra playing time for Harris or Gadsden will only pay off if the Chargers sustain drives and turn those routes into targets.
Kickoff is 4:05 p.m. ET. In contests that allow late swap, revisit any Harris or Gadsden lineup built around McConkey sitting before this game locks. McConkey is available, but the final inactive list does not establish his snap count or guarantee extra targets for any teammate.
