College Football Night Games: Best Bets for Saturday 9/19/26

Saturday night’s college football board is strong enough for a separate six-play card. LSU-Ole Miss is the centerpiece, but we also found spots in South Bend, Fort Collins, Austin and Virginia.

Ole Miss +3 vs. LSU

Confidence: 8.5/10

Sam Leavitt has been removed from LSU’s availability report, but we still prefer Ole Miss with a full field goal at home. The Rebels have enough offense to answer LSU and the home number matters in a matchup we expect to remain competitive.

LSU-Ole Miss Over 56.5

Confidence: 8/10

Leavitt being available raises LSU’s offensive floor, while Ole Miss has enough speed to stress LSU at home. We like the side and total independently rather than forcing them into a parlay.

Michigan State +29.5 at Notre Dame

Confidence: 7.5/10

Notre Dame should control the game, but more than four touchdowns is a huge number against a Michigan State defense that has held up reasonably well against the run. Potential rain would also favor a shorter game.

BYU -17.5 at Colorado State

Confidence: 7.5/10

BYU’s rushing strength attacks the weakest part of Colorado State’s defense. LJ Martin and Bear Bachmeier give BYU multiple ways to stay efficient on the ground and keep control of the game.

Texas -30.5 vs. UTSA

Confidence: 7/10

Texas owns a major talent advantage on both lines. UTSA needed a late score to escape Texas State, while Texas beat that same opponent by 52 in Week 1. The number is huge, but so is the mismatch.

Virginia -6.5 vs. West Virginia

Confidence: 7/10

Virginia gets the home field and the more stable offense in this matchup. West Virginia has struggled to generate consistent scoring, and laying less than a touchdown gives us a cleaner path than several of the massive night favorites.
