NFL Week 4 Player Props: Sunday 10/4 Best Bets & TD Parlays

Week 4’s prop card has been refreshed Sunday morning. We are keeping only markets supported by current public boards and separating standard props from higher-variance ladder ideas.

Favorite Player Props

Parker Washington Over 73.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

This remains our favorite conventional receiving-yard prop. Washington has earned a major role in Jacksonville’s passing game and gets the highest-total environment on the main slate.

C.J. Stroud Under 32.5 Pass Attempts (-114)

Houston is favored at home and gets Nico Collins back. Stroud can have an efficient fantasy day without needing another 33-plus-attempt game.

Dalton Kincaid Under 4.5 Receptions (-122)

Kincaid’s targets have carried more downfield value this season, so he can produce a useful fantasy line without reaching five catches.

Isaiah Likely Over 39.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

This has been added from the current Sunday prop board. Baltimore’s receiving distribution plus Tennessee’s matchup creates a reasonable path to clearing 40 yards without requiring a touchdown.

Aggressive Receiving Ladders

Parker Washington 100+ / 125+ receiving yards: our favorite ceiling ladder off the 73.5 standard line. Ja’Marr Chase 100+ / 125+: a shootout-ceiling angle. Nico Collins 100+: our preferred Houston-Dallas receiving ladder if the live plus-money price is attractive.

Touchdown Markets

Anytime-touchdown and first-touchdown prices move quickly. We still like the scoring roles of James Cook, Ja’Marr Chase, Puka Nacua and Brock Bowers, but we are not carrying forward yesterday’s exact prices as if they are guaranteed current.

TD Parlay Concept

James Cook ATTD + Ja’Marr Chase ATTD + Puka Nacua ATTD remains our preferred three-player scoring construction if the live prices remain acceptable.
