Reading team usage

Target share is the player's targets divided by all team targets. Carry share uses all team rushing attempts, including quarterbacks. Opportunities (Opps) are targets plus carries; opportunity share uses all team targets plus carries. Touches are receptions plus carries. Passing attempts are not included in opportunities. Player and position filters never change the team totals or leaders.

Opportunity change compares one week with the previous calendar week for the same player and team. Missing weeks, a new team or a multi-week window show Unavailable. Teams reflect the games played, not today's roster. Only skill players with player-stat records are listed; a missing player is not proof of zero involvement.

Snap coverage

Known snaps sum available matched games. Avg snap % is the simple average of those game percentages, not a weighted season share. Snap games shows available snap records out of included player-game records. Missing snaps stay unavailable. Routes run are not supplied.

Data: nflverse; snaps originate from Pro Football Reference through nflverse. Used under CC BY 4.0. CTS selects regular-season games, matches stable player/game IDs and calculates team shares, totals and comparisons.
